One fire.
No shortcuts.

Everything that leaves our kitchen has touched the wood fire — from the ribeye to the burnt honey on your cheesecake. Chef Mara Bianchi opened Cinder & Vine in 2021 with one long table, forty seats, and a cellar of small Victorian producers.

Come for the smell of the fire. Stay for the wine list.
