How much does a website actually cost?+
It depends on your type of business and which features you need — see exact starting prices for 20+ business types on our Pricing page, from $277 for a simple site. Every extra feature you add shows its price before you pay anything.
How long does a project take?+
Simple sites typically go live within a week of your deposit. Sites with bookings, online stores or automation usually take 2–4 weeks. For anything unusual, we confirm a timeline in writing before you pay.
Why don't you take phone calls?+
Every instruction, quote and change request stays written down — so there's a clear record for both of us, nothing gets lost in translation, and you're not stuck waiting for a callback. Email and WhatsApp messages both work, and we typically reply within 24 hours.
Is my domain or hosting included in the price?+
No — domain registration and hosting are billed separately (usually $20–40/year for a domain, and hosting is free to low-cost for most small business sites). We'll point you to exactly what to buy and can set it up on request.
Do I get revisions?+
Yes — every project includes rounds of written revisions before final delivery. Extra rounds beyond what's agreed are quoted separately, in writing, before any extra work starts.
How does payment work, and when?+
You pay 50% upfront via Stripe Checkout to lock in your build slot, and the remaining 50% when the project is delivered and you're ready to go live. All payments are in AUD and prices exclude GST.
What happens right after I pay?+
You'll get an automatic order confirmation by email, and we'll follow up in writing within 24 hours with next steps and a rough timeline.
My business isn't on the pricing list — what do I do?+
Message us in writing (email or WhatsApp) and describe what you do and what you want the site to achieve. We'll reply with a plain-English quote — no call needed.
