Refund Policy

Deposits
Your deposit secures a build slot and covers the initial work on your project. If you cancel before we begin work, your deposit is refundable in full. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time already spent.
Final payment
The remaining balance is only due once you're satisfied the project meets the agreed written brief. If we can't reach agreement on delivery, we'll discuss a partial refund in writing based on work completed.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
