Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order a project through upfrontweb.online. By paying a deposit, you agree to them.
Communication
We work in writing only — email and WhatsApp. We don't take phone calls, and no verbal instruction given outside of a written channel forms part of your project scope.
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total price is due before work begins, paid via Stripe Checkout. The remaining balance is due when the project is delivered, before it goes live or files are handed over. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST.
Scope and revisions
The project brief you provide at checkout forms the basis of the work. Reasonable rounds of written revisions are included as described for your package; requests that materially change scope will be quoted separately in writing before any extra work starts.
What's not included
Domain registration, hosting, and licensed stock photography are not included in any price unless explicitly agreed in writing.
