The problem
Certified document translation for visas, licences and official paperwork is slow and expensive: customers wait days and pay per-page agency rates, with no visibility into progress.
The solution
Built a full translation pipeline: OCR + AI translation matched to AUSIT and NAATI conventions, page-by-page processing for long documents with live progress tracking, a human-review queue for anything flagged as low quality, and a single output PDF that bundles the certified translation with the original document attached.
The result
A working end-to-end product covering the full journey — single documents, multi-document visa bundles, a migration-agent portal for bulk cases, and an admin console for quality review — verified with real documents across 8 source languages.
